Submission Guidelines

Paper submission to the conference

A 4 pages paper, which clearly presents the importance of the work and specific results, should be submitted on Easychair system (link will be available on January 2025).

The author must register to the Easychair system to submit the abstract.

The submission deadline is March 23 17 10, 2025.

The paper will be evaluated by at least five reviewers of the ESREF 2025 Technical Program Chair.

The notification of acceptance for oral or poster presentation is May 9, 2025.

Paper submission to the conference proceedings

After acceptance, the 4 pages paper corrected following the reviewer’s comments, should be submitted on ESREF 2025 Website before June 10, 2025.

This paper will be included in the conference proceedings published in the HAL Open Science system.
Authors of accepted papers will receive a message to give full instructions on how to connect to this system and submit their corrected 4 pages paper.

Extended submission for a special issue of Microelectronics Reliability journal

A selection of papers will be proposed for publication in a special issue of Microelectronics Reliability journal (Elsevier Ltd).

The authors of selected papers will have to extend the length of their conference paper to at least 6 up to 8 pages and submit it to the Elsevier editorial system right after the conference.

The paper will be evaluated by reviewers to cope with the Elsevier journal standard.
